We are a SMOKE & VAPE FREE HOME, including the patio area.

• Smoking is only permitted in the firepit area.

• DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts in the firepit or in the bush. Please dispose of them responsibly.

• Should it be found that you are smoking in the house, a charge of R3000 will be levied against you and you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.

No more than 6 people are permitted to stay in the house.

No overnights guests are permitted.

Do not use any candles in the house.

NO PETS are permitted. This includes friends who may visit. The owners have a dog that comes with them and who is very territorial.

Ensure that all windows and doors are closed when you leave the house. Monkeys and baboons are ever watchful and will take advantage to enter the house. They are extremely destructive, and you will be responsible for any damage they may cause.

• No vehicles are permitted to drive off the designated roads.

• Strictly NO driving, cycling, jogging, or walking is allowed on the Runway!

• Speed limit is strictly 30km/h.

No drones are allowed.

Noise levels, particularly pertaining to volume of music, electronic instruments and entertainment should not cause nuisance to any other resident on the Estate. Please note that should a complaint be levied and found to be valid, the Farm Manager has the right to ask you to leave the Estate and all monies paid will be forfeited.
